國泰面試重點整理

基本要求：

國泰很注重"人"，英文能力很重要

 

1st stage：自我介紹，看圖說故事

重點：

＊ 重要的是eye contact

＊ 可以主動的多說幾句話

＊ 一般生活中的英文對話即可

＊ 自我介紹 可以凸顯自己的特別

＊ 形容圖片時，起承轉合，當成一個故事在描述，

＊ 互動很重要(考官考生都很重要)

＊ manner 聲量適中

＊ 主動 但不強勢

＊ Team work

＊ 對於考官可稱名字，不用刻意尊稱學長姐

2nd stage：Group discussion 小組討論

＊ Team work

＊ 有20mins可以先準備

＊ 會有一個主題 大家一起討論 結果不重要 與隊員互動比較重要

＊ They don't need a person with leadership.

   They need a MEMBER who can have team work well.

＊ 一些基本對話 連接詞等等的要準備 ex: in my opinion...

＊ 這關比較主觀一點， 妝容，親切度很重要

＊ 不要直接否定，可以改說 我認為...會比較好。

＊ 回答問題也不要太主觀或太偏激。

 

3rd stage：多對一or一對一 40 mins detail information.

＊ 會問很多關於 resume的問題 很私人的問題

＊ 要記得敲門 要微笑 重點是"Friendly"

＊ make a small talk. (I like to talk.)

＊ 萬一問到前一份工作，千萬不要說前一份工作的壞話。

＊ 什麼事情都要記得正面思考

＊ 考官問說如果沒考上？你該怎麼做，  要知道怎麼回答

＊ 聽不懂可以問 不是要用英文考倒你 personality is most important.

＊ 做任何事情都要有理由 Why I do that or Why I don't do that!!
